The Maryland basketball team has had a great deal of success in getting players to the NBA over the years.

There have been several Terrapins that have had selected in the first round of the NBA Draft, especially in recent years. These draft picks have spanned the coaching regimes of Lefty Driesell, Gary Williams, and most recently Mark Turgeon.

In the 2016 NBA Draft which will take place on June 23, Maryland could have three players taken, including center Diamond Stone potentially even going in Round One.

We decided to rank the top 10 former Terps that have heard their names called on draft day. In terms of our criteria, we took into account their career at Maryland, their career in the NBA, and where they were selected in the Draft.
