2.) Nebraska (2-0)
Last Week: 55-7 win over Florida Atlantic
The Huskers did exactly what they know how to do best: hand the ball off to running back Ameer Abdullah and let him continue his Heisman campaign. Abdullah got off to a good start with a 232 yard performance against FAU and looks like he’s added even more muscle to his frame, which is going to be big this year. Nebraska will go as far as Abdullah’s legs will take them, but the defense looked pretty good last week too. Hopefully stud defensive end Randy Gregory, who left the game with a knee injury, will be alright in the long run.
