With Randy Edsall and former Maryland coach James Franklin trading verbal blows in the news recently, TSMD decided to add a little bit of fuel to the fire since these two seem hell bent on reigniting the rivalry. Maryland and Penn State have one of the most lopsided “rivalries” of all; I can only think of the Harlem Globetrotters and the Washington Generals being worse. Yet despite a 35-1-1 advantage over Maryland, there have actually been some phenomenal games played between the two teams.
