Of note is the fact that Maryland gets their always-intriguing home-and-home matchups against North Carolina and Duke. Given that Maryland should be fully loaded with a young, deep, and talented roster this year, these games will provide national entertainment. The home-and-homes might be on the out-and-out however, with Syracuse and Pitt joining the ACC in the next season or two, so enjoy them while you can.
The Terps also have a number of games featured on ESPN or one of its sister networks, 7 to be exact. That kind of exposure is bound to help with recruiting, so long as the Terps perform up to snuff and impress. Hopefully, that Brooklyn, New York game against the defending national champion Kentucky Wildcats will prime Maryland for the gauntlet that is the ACC.
