National Signing Day And Basketball Podcast

The Terrapin Station MD Podcast is back! A lot is happening in the home of the Terrapins, Art, Chris, and Mike discuss just some of the many things impacting the Terrapins football and basketball teams. Wednesday, February 5, was National Signing Day for future college football players, and Maryland wrapped up another strong class. Most of the class was set in stone before Wednesday, but Maryland did secure the commitment of local five star Damian Prince. On the podcast, we discussed the impact of this class on Maryland’s future in the Big Ten, some of the sleepers in the class, and the success coach Randy Edsall has had on the recruiting trail.

On the second part of the podcast, Mike and Art discussed the basketball team. On Tuesday they lost by 12 to the North Carolina Tar Heels. Mike and Art broke down the game and what went wrong for the Terps. They looked ahead to the remaining eight games on the schedule, and if Maryland has any hope of making the NCAA Tournament. Unfortunately, the basketball team has too much wrong with them to fully discuss on the podcast, but we tackled some of the issues that have been plaguing the Terrapins this season.

As always, any feedback about the podcast is welcome. We will be working to bringing the podcast back every week. Feel free to submit any questions you want answered via email or twitter.
